YOUR TASKS
- ACCEPTANCE... of inquiries concerning repairs from operators, vehicle manufacturers and external sales offices
- CALCULATION... and preparation of quotations
- ORDER PROCESSING... of repair orders (order verification, order dispatching, delivery schedule coordination, preparation of repair reports, invoice control and receivables management)
- CONTACT PERSON... internally for all involved partner departments such as logistics, purchasing, repair shop and shipping
- ENSURING... of delivery reliability and communication to the customer
- DOCUMENTATION... and processing of orders in the environment of SAP SCS module
- PROCESSING... new or update existing framework agreements with operators and vehicle manufacturers

- completed commercial or technical education (HAK, HTL, HLW or apprenticeship with technical/commercial training) or relevant professional experience in order processing
